Operated by easily the rudest and/or least engaged customer service representatives I have ever tried to communicate with. I told the gentleman at the counter what I was looking for and he literally just stared back at me wordlessly until I just kind of walked away to figure it out on my own. I had a couple questions about boots and was cut off repeatedly and spoken to like i was a troublesome toddler by the other employee. It’s a shame because their stock of apparel is actually super cool if you for whatever reason need western wear. Just don’t expect a pleasant experience if you ask for help.

Went in today for the very first time looking for a hat that was advertised in The Campbell River Mirror Newspaper! Not bad from the outside, but once you get in it's smaller than you think! They carry everything Western that you're looking for! But the customer service was enadque! They could be helping customers instead of working/standing by the till! Had to go up to ask a question! Boy did I find out the place was expensive...

Went in for the first time today. Wasn't sure what to expect based on some of the reviews I read. Needless to say it was a wonderful experience. People's complaints about customer service were way off, the older couple that owns the store were helpful, attentive and friendly. As far as price goes when you want quality, whatever, the price reflect that; the stores price reflects the quality they have in stock. Would recommend people to go there and will be going back myself.

An amazing selection of very high quality genuine leather products, from belts, shoes to jackets. Store smells great too, and the staff is very accommodating.

Awesome place, super cool store to even walk around. This store is frigin sick! The lady working is very helpful and helped me pick out the right size cowboy boot.

Highly disappointed with the lack of ability to back up a terrible product they provide. We purchased boots for my kiddo. Within a month they are worn out and cracked! Told me to go the manufacturer, "cuz they'll probably give you a better deal than they'll offer me." Not what I was hoping to hear. What ever happened to quality products. Won't go back!!

Horrible customer service paid for mukluks and waited 3 months, went in and they had not even ordered them and then they didn't want to return money even with my receipt. Until i threatened to make a scene in there. Will never shop there again and recommend no one else does either.

Need a pair of cowboy boots? Moccasin slippers? A western style belt buckle? If you are in need of any of the above then this store is for you. The price might seem a bit high but the quality is top notch. The owners are friendly and welcome you like family.
