I called and asked if this store had winter gear, I made it very clear i was looking for work wear to be used in the -30c range. Specifically insulated bib pants, I made the trip from the comox valley because i was told by an employee at this store, that unlike the Courtenay store had lots of winter work wear in stock. When I arrived was pretty frustrated to see there was almost nothing in stock. As of Dec 3rd 2022 there is no more than what's avaliable at the courtenay store. If your looking for winter gear look elsewhere. Do not waste your time here.
Went in for work boots had to look at every pair..lol. finally found a pair of h/h . Was a comfortable experience and staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking outside with a handy cap spot.
I was in with my son for 45-60mins not one person working asked if we needed anything. The girl at the till was nice, but the entire shopping experience was prolonged and I left wondering how Campbell River has gotten so bad.
I like a good sale but would actually be able to buy it if staff would be more helpful in opening change rooms for you and helping find other sizes and such.
They play the best music in here, it's the highlight of the shopping experience Staff are always helpful and friendly. Excellent return policy - 100 days with receipt, as long as item is in unworn, unwashed condition with tags on.

Staff was friendly, informed and helpful & down right nice. I found, it fit, I bought...it doesn't get any more painless than that, YaY! Not much of a shopper here. I've shopped more successfully at Marks generally than any other chain. I've made purchases in a wide variety of locations in BC & AB. As generally go well. But I must say the two shirts I bought seem well made & good value. While staff seemed sparse, those who were there were awesome.
The current manager and her staff provided me with top notch customer service. Thanks!
I went in to get a present for my dad's birthday over the weekend and all of the staff were amazing. the sale was perfect and i got some great levi's shirts for 40% off. karina was awesome and was so helpful and even checked in the back and got me a perfect size for my dad! i will be coming back. thank you so much for the amazing customer service
They have lots of product, some great sales but I shouldn't have to stare down to the sales desk waiting for two salespeople to casually decide to walk over and let me in to one of the dressing rooms. I was a bit put off.
