Rideau Town Dental Care/ Dr. Walid Al-Saadi

The office layout and colours are very nice. It is clean and the music makes the visitation less stressful. Staff are always warm and welcoming.

Each of the staff greeted me and made me feel welcome and at ease. During my appointment I did return to the waiting room briefly but was comfortable sitting by the fireplace. I was also able to see other patients interacting with the staff, all very positive. The dental options were explained to me in detail. There was nothing I did not anticipate. All the staff went out of their way to check on my comfort level throughout each procedure. My hygienist went out of her way to explain steps she was taking and to make sure I was comfortable and not feeling too anxious. My dentist and assistant totally put me at ease and the procedure was completed without any anxiety. I have already shared my positive experience with friends and family. I am so happy I chose Rideau Town Dental Care and am looking forward to enjoying better dental health.

I was without dental coverage for quite some time, and I had a bunch of work to be done - Dr. Walid Al-Saadi knew I didn't coverage, and played it straight with me; "it's this much for an extraction, it's this much to try to save the tooth", etc. Because he knew that I was paying out of pocket, he did everything he could when it came to keeping the final invoices as low as possible. That type of honesty and directness is rare these days. And to top it off, he does amazing work! The support staff and the hygenists are top notch, friendly, and incredibly talented. I'm a bloody mess when it comes to deep cleanings, and they're absolute pros.

I love the entire staff who are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this office.
