I wish it was open, but due to Covid, the Marpole shop has been completely emptied. I don't know if they will ever reopen at that location.

Requested my tubeless tyres to be swapped. The mechanic was friendly and quick... but he told me he used metal pliers against my carbon rims to remove the tyres which were originally in good shape. Now my tyres are stretched out and rims are scratched. Not super impressed with the workmanship, and cost of replacing my expensive tyres.

Rad shop. Super acomodating. Andrews a good guy and works fast. You won't be disappointed

Amazing service and knowledgable staff. Put my bike back together in no time and it rides like new. Definitely check this place out for all your bike needs for a very good price.

This is the kind of place you want to have in your neighbourhood. I know very little about bikes but they've always made us comfortable - sold us a kids bike that our son loves, and gave me a tune up for my old bike to extend its life. Staff is always super courteous and helpful

Bought our girls used bikes from the marpole Ride On a while back. We have been all to 3 of their locations, all have great staff.
