Genuinely 'local bike shop' feeling store with friendly and quirky staff who are passionate about bikes and finding the best fit for their customers. Like most bike shops, weekends are very busy so if you're really interested in getting the e-bike that is right for you, pay them a visit on a weekday.

I have a Tern GSD for my family and I fully trust the experience and excellent product knowledge of Doug and James to keep our cargo Ebike safe. These are heavy and powerful bikes that replace your car- so there are hefty physics involved, especially when you have them loaded up with your precious family. I mistakenly took our tern to a local bike shop who dangerously claimed they could maintain it. Turns out my bike was a guinea pig bike to them- I was overcharged on work that impaired its function and had to have the good people at citEcycles fix it up. CitEcycles is a Tern dealer and the staff are experts- I will happily trek across town for my annual maintenance to ensure my bike is safe for my family. I regret having tried to go anywhere else! Doug is very knowledgeable about bikes and was patient in helping me to find my ebike. I'm an active senior cyclist transitioning from my beloved carbon fibre bike to an ebike. I kept stopping by over several months asking questions. Doug was very helpful but never pushed me as to which bike I should get. Instead, he answered my questions and offered information that helped me to zero in on my choice. Good approach. I'm very happy with my choice! Thanks,  Doug.

Best bike shop I've dealt with - ever. Even when it was super busy, Doug made a real effort to not only listen, but actually hear me. Granted, he needed to multitask multiple people and events it is a busy shop but he never lost the flow or his smile and I left with the perfect bike for me.

I highly recommend avoiding this shop. I bought a bike from them. I got service done by them. I referred friends to them. I regret these decisions deeply. I won't say anything further on the public record, as I don't want to risk being accused of defamation. Just.... don't go here. You'll thank me.

We bought our Cube bikes from Doug..he was so helpful..Doug is very knowledgeable..he knows bikes. We would highly recommend him. We felt zero pressure from Doug to buy our bikes from him..but he was able to answer all our questions…thank you Doug

Doug was the friendliest and easiest guy to discuss with about our electric bike needs. We ended up coming back to him after visiting a few other stores and have been supremely happy with our purchase and support after the fact. He remembers us as soon as we come in and is always willing to go out of his way to make sure we have what we need. Strong recommend!

Great shop with reasonable prices and friendly customer service. Had a small issue with my brakes a month after purchasing my new bike and they fixed it on the spot. Would recommend.

I had a great experience working with Doug in the Broadway store. I wanted an electric bike but did not know much about them. He patiently answered all my questions and made recommendations based on my needs. After a few test rides, I purchased a bike and I am loving it. I have now recommended the store to three of my friends mostly because of the service Doug provided. He is a rock star!

avoid. My partner was looking for her first e-bike and of course, she had lots of questions to ask. When she asked about the price difference for two bikes on display the staff laughed and said 'if you're already asking, you probably can't afford it". Reality check for the owners and sales staff, not everyone is broke because they ask for the price. Second, your staff could not even answer some of the questions I had on the specifications of the motor. We ended up go BSP bikes in downtown and she purchased her first e-bike there a Specialized Turbo Como 4.0
