I've been to Peru and was happy to find a food truck serving delicious Peruvian food right here in Ottawa.
I bought the lomito saltado. The rice was hard; the fries tasted like those frozen ones that you cook in the microwave; the dressing or sauce they used for the meat tasted like vinegar. Definitely not worth the price $14.
Got the empinadas because they were handheld, but they were really bad. They were dry, had no seasoning except a random, single olive and were mostly cold. For $5/ea, definitely not worth it.
Great food, and very nice people. Love the ceviche.
This food truck is unbelieveable, I had the ceviche spicy. I was astonished at how fresh it was, considering I've had ceviche in lima Peru I thought it wouldnt compare but it was just as good as the ceviche I had in peru.This is a must go place to experience the gift that is ceviche.
I got a sandwich from the food truck. $ to portion size is not worth it. Taste was ok, but nothing special.
The food Rico Pery makes is AMAZING. The ceviche is soo good! The heat is great if you order, and like the hot stuff. Everything I tried from this place is to die for. The price is fantastic for the quality of the food.
