Ricky's All Day Grill - Murrayville

Staff and food were good no complaints. What is really sad is seeing a restaurant / public place that is not friendly to people with physical disabilities. Assisted a man in a wheelchair who was struggling to get in the front door as there is no button to push for the door to open. As a business owner would you not want to make it easy for people to access your business? I am pretty sure a large percentage of Ricky's customers are older people some using walkers. This is 2018 surprised this is even an issue. I appreciate the owners response however when a man in a wheelchair can't get in to your restaurant until another customer from across the restaurant sees him struggling and assists him I would say your system is not working. All the employees I saw were busy working and I am sure would have assisted if they saw. In the long run I think spending the money on a proper door with a button for disabled would be much more cost effective and practical than having staff waiting at the front door. I have not seen many restaurants with a full time door person.

Expensive breakfasts. We ordered one breakfast that was $17. asked to exchange bell peppers for mushrooms. Tack on another $2. Coffee was close something like $3.50-4. Which took 15 mins to get a refill. Just wait until min wage is up to $14/15hr. Overall expensive and poor service and a hassle to use a gift card here. I'll just be making breakfast at home from now on, better and much cheaper.

I visit this location ever once in a while. I like it here but service is not consistant. I once had a waitress tell me i couldnt make the fries that came with my meal a poutine and i would have to pay extra the full price of the poutine ($7 extra) seemed a little steep for some cheese and gravey. Also dont like that they dont have all day breckfast. Overall tho I still visit this location because ive never had somthing horribly wrong with my food.

Excellent service from the staff every time we go there. I take a large construction crew here quite often and will continue to go back.

The service was prompt and friendly, the food was quite good. I had the eggs benedict, which is what i have at almost every breakfast place i go...the one i had here wasnt the best ive ever had, but i wouldnt hesistate to eat it again.
