Menu was... Huge. Some options were great, some were just okay, others were sub-par. Service was good, food came out quickly and was hot. I think the restaurant needs to modernize the menu while cutting half or more of the menu items. I believe the menu size isn't sustainable and the variation of the quality of items shows. Loaded baked potato soup 7.5/10 Medium wings 3.5/10 Spaghetti and meat sauce 8.5/10 Turkey sandwich 5.5/10 Poutine 7.5/10 Spinache dip 8/10 French onion soup 7.5/10 Chicken quesadilla 7/10

We were part of a group of 19 that had the room at the back of the restaurant which automatically came with an 18% tip. That policy assumes that you'll get good service, which our table of 5 didn't. Our server only had us to take care of, which she didn't; not checking on us even once. My order was incorrect and when she was told about it, denied, with attitude, that I'd ordered what I actually wanted. Another order of the 5 took another 15 minutes after everyone had theirs. While the meal was good, the service was, most definitely not worth the 18% automatic tip. Not impressed.

I always love this place for a great meal and a wide variety of options. My go-to is normally breaded wings and curly fries. Unfortunately, I recently ordered for Uber Eats and for $7, received about 6 French fries. The portions are significantly smaller and the prices are almost 3x as high: This order was super disappointing.

Rick Jo’s is basically a St. Catharine’s establishment. Been going here for years because the food and service are consistently well done. Had such a nice experience this evening with the best server “Nicky” - she truly made our visit for supper an above average experience. Sometimes all it takes to lift your spirits is a kind person who takes the time to make you feel important! Well done Nicky.

I love my wings, and I love Ricki Jo's wings...but...the other night, my regular best foodie friend and I went for our weekly get together to try some new grub, or in this case, old reliable for wings. She ordered 10, extra saucy med, extra crispy. I ordered 10 Cajun, hot sauce on the side. My order had 15 petrified wings, as dry as the Sahara desert, and there were 15 of them...I could only handle eating 4 of them since they were dry and hard. There was almost no moisture in them at all!!! Not to mention one of the rudest servers I had ever met. She literally tossed our stuff on the table! Now, I get my bill, and I was charged for 15 wings, an extra $8, and I only ate 4!!! They were too hard! I am done with Ricki Jo's and will never go back!

It is my daughters birthday so I'm glad the food she ordered was good. My husband didn't really like what he had. He said it's not a place he'd ever go back to. I didn't like what I got either. Wish they wouldn't put their hands/fingers on plates when bringing them to the table with meals or as a side plate. Also don't carry the tray anywhere near shoulder area which is by hair and don't talk while over plates for obvious reasons. There are a couple other things I won't bother talking about. We likely won't go back. The only way we would end up there again is if we are out with others and get out voted on where to eat. On the positive side of things my daughter enjoyed her chicken salad and we ordered drinks which were really good .

Fish was very good and the baked potatoes was excellent other than the small amount of sour cream. Liver and onions was okay with baked potatoe was very good.. Good portions. However the mixed pre frozen veggies were horrible. You know how over ripened peas taste. Bottom line poor veggies. Over $7.50 for two pops??? Not a second time. Parking: Close parking and lots of spaces.

Fish and chips. Used to be very tasty. Today it was just fried batter, with very little fish. Parts were hard to chew as it was overdone. So disappointing for $20. Great server!Food: 3/5

Portions are not of $ value. Ordered 1/2 order of sweet potato fries for almost $6 and within 3 bites, dish was clear. They're fries, make them plentiful!
