**These are the 14$ “Deleux” Steak sub** I’ve ordered from “The Fry Shack” which is here, Two times now, and both times I got called to say that they are out of fries and I had to order something else. Excuse me? It’s the FRY shack! Their food is bad in general, just go somewhere else. **IF I COULD, THIS WOULD GET 0 STARS** I ordered from Italia Pizza last night on SkipTheDishes. It came up as “The Fry Shack”, which it obviously isn’t, since that restaurant doesn’t exist. First off, why show up as different restaurants if you are one place? Anyway, it was late at night, but I was still able to order anyway. I ordered the appetizer supreme, which includes: mozzarella sticks, Mac and cheese bites, jalapeño poppers, dill pickles spears, and fries. I also ordered a steak sub with lettuce and mayo, and a burger. It took over an hour to get delivered and when the skip driver arrived, he apologized and said it was because the restaurant was actually closed. 1 why let people order from your restaurant if youre closed 2 why didn’t I get contacted by an employee if they were closed and couldnt make my food? 2/3 items I ordered were incorrect and/or inedible because it was disgusting. The only items from the appetizer supreme platter that I received were fries and jalapeño poppers. They thought it was okay to rip me off and substitute the other THREE items with some type of fried mushroom. How is mushroom a substitute for mozzarella sticks, Mac and cheese bites, AND pickle spears? I hate mushrooms, you could have at least contacted me. Anyway, that ended up straight in the garbage. Waste of almost $30. Then, if that wasn’t bad enough, the steak sub had nothing on it except steak. That’s not a huge issue, I’d like to have what I order, but the steak sub was so coated in pepper that I couldn’t even taste the steak. I love pepper. So having to throw something away because it only tastes like pepper says a lot. The burger was alright, not worth the money, but at least accurate. Then, skip wouldn’t refund me even when I provided pictures of this monstrosity. I got 50% off the appetizers and steak sub, getting only $25 back of the $70 I spent. DO NOT GO HERE OR ORDER FROM HERE. They will give you items that you did not ask for and not care to inform you until it’s too late. 0/10 recommend, wouldn’t touch with a 10 foot pole. This place should be shut down.

This is our new fav place in the city. We have high standards when it comes to pizza and wings and found our old fav’s have gone down hill a bit. We tried Italia pizza and will never order anywhere else. Beautiful bakery quality crust, sauce is definitely homemade and they put just the perfect amount. They are generous with toppings you’d think this was double cheese, nope just regular and the wings are the best I’ve tried in Canada. They are large and crispy and their blue cheese is amazing and I’m a dip person and often places fall short on the quality of their blue cheese. Italia pizza is where it’s at, try it you will not regret it. Great job guys!!!!

Terrible food. Pizza was burnt and missing a topping which I paid an extra $2.50 for, and the chicken stir fry was just rice with a cut up burnt chicken strip, no vegetables at all.

PIZZA WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HALF CUP AND CHAR whole pizza had regular pepperoni. They don’t have the option to contact them so it took me forever to realize where this is from! FAKE NAME IS TWO GUYS PIZZA also ordered blue cheese dip and got some nasty ranch like sauce.

the crust? thick, chewy had no texture and was white, not a single bit of browning. The sauce? so sweet, like really sweet. And the salad was pretty bad, the croutons tasted like sweaty??? the Cesar dressing tasted cheap and no cheese on a cesar salad? it was edible but really, that’s the bare minimum.

Server was super nice, clean and definitely not lazy. Great customer service and appreciate their kindness.

I ordered a Caesar salad… they sent me a container of wilted lettuce, no dressing, croutons, cheese. Honestly so disappointed. Would give ZERO stars if I could.

Never ever again. I ordered food from uber eats around 11:45pm and they said that they started preparing my order but somehow they ended up finishing my order at 1:30 am which is the next day. I wish I could tell how disappointed I am about this place. I dont care about the food service is so bad and slow will never order again and wont be recommending anybody.

ill put this way. the staff during the week make amazing food. 11/10. the staff working weekends make absolutely terrible food and sometimes i will see hair in it. the pizza tastes dry, the pepperoni is burnt half the time and has NO sauce in it, claiming that it "costs money" to put sauce in it which is a lie. the when i ordered hot wings, i got dry wings drizzled with a tiny bit of hot sauce. they don't even put effort into their work while trying to nickle and dime customers for quality food which is disgusting and disrespectful coming from a regular. it makes the business look bad. learn how to make pizza please.
