My 74 year old mother and 80 year old aunt have a water heater from this WHR inc. which is part of this company. The water heater quit working on Dec 29th, in the early morning. The 24 hour emergency number was called and there was no answer, no answering service, no answering machine. 

Basically do not do business with this company.
