The techie came to my house to install a hot water tank. First they have him the wrong style of rant. He phone the proper people to have the right one brought out wonderful. Then the venting was wrong. Av made arrangements for contractors to come in Monday July 24. Wonderful. I can't tell you what a Great gentlemen Av was/is he try so hard to get me hot water. I wish to acknowledge Tyler employee number 2392 who truly is OUTSTANDING!!!! Tyler came to my home today regarding a hot water tank leak. And i cannot say enough about his professionalism, knowledge, and service. He explained everything that he had to do, and i understood all of it. Because he is so knowledgeable. He went above and beyond, and even corrected a pipe misplacement outside of my home, that was not installed correctly when my home was built. Again i commend Tyler, he has renewed my confidence in Reliance, and has sold me on looking at the purchase of a new furnace and air conditioner. I will again mention his service and professionalism to the sales rep when she comes to see me, but there is no doubt in my mind that he is responsible for any sales and service excellence in any home he visits and he needs to be acknowledged for it. Hes young but hes a superstar and Reliance is very lucky to have him. Im truly grateful for what he did today, and want him recognized for his outstanding service!!! TB!!!

Had our rental hot water heater replaced today by Brad #3409 and Chris. These fellows were prompt and very efficient! Had the job done in the time that they advised. Were friendly and polite. Well done and highly recommend their services. Randy Squires

Technician arrived on time. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and did not rush his performed tasks. He also gave us some important suggestions. We would definitely ask for same technician to come back next time.

Our hot water heater stopped heating, so I called Reliance and they sent a technician out right away. The tech called ahead to say he was on his way, and arrived within an hour of my initial call for service. Av, team member #2582, was very courteous, personable, knowledgable, professional and super-efficient. He diagnosed the ignition issue immediately and fixed it very quickly. Av is a wonderful ambassador for Reliance Home Comfort. Job very well done!
