Wow. Such a professional. Jane knew so much about lights that you don’t even think about. Highly recommend. 7/5/2021 - my second review. A year on from our build, Jane followed up and fixed a minor issue. Yes we were very picky but such a pro, Jane sent us the replacement lights and made sure we were ok. I don’t even understand why she did it. after all this time because quite frankly, we probably would have just lived with it. But she wanted to make sure the her product was 100% satisfactory. I wish everyone was like Jane and just did what they said they would do.

Very good. Jane was very helpful exploring various light fittings for our house. She visualised what we were talking about and came up with examples readily that we could take away and consider.

We tried to return a defective light. The manager fought tooth and nail to prevent us exercising our statutory rights. Beware, they want your cash and offer nothing in return.

We had a fabulous experience dealing with Richmond Lighting. We purchased some Tasmanian made timber Grandeliers and we love them.
