I just purchased 3 sofa with a loveseat plus 6 wooden dining chairs and ended up buying those items considering firstly the store manager by the name of Philip Lim is very knowledgeable and had lots of varieties to choose from. I would say that I was fully satisfied iservices

Wonderful customer service! My hubby & I are looking for a dining table & chairs for our new home and was greeted by Sean. Very helpful by giving us advice and recommendations to all our questions and concerns with our purchase. In addition, Sean was always very good at responding to my emails in a timely manner with the take home samples. Can't wait till our purchase arrives & highly recommend Jordans Home in Richmond. Do not buy any thing from this store,they sold me a ripped sofa with full price and when I noticed it they told they are sorry and can not do anything,stay away from this store * even they didn’t bother to respond my email to customer service, worse customer service ever
Completely unprofessional sales behavior. Our family went to the store and saw a sofa that we liked on a Tuesday. We let the sales person know we were interested and would like the dimensions to check if it will fit in our living room. After checking we called the sales person back on Thursday to let them know that we would like to buy it and will be making the purchase on the next Tuesday. The sales person said it was no problem, and that she will be holding the sofa for us. Nonetheless on Sunday we received a call to say that the sofa has been sold. Not only did she lie about putting the sofa on hold, she also blamed us for not going to the store on the weekend to buy it first. This is totally unacceptable behavior and very poor customer service. When you put an item on hold for a customer, it is should on hold, or at least have the courtesy to call us and ask if we would release the item because another party is interested.
Passed by this location all the time when I'm going in and out of Richmond. Finally dropped in one day after a very unsuccessful day of furniture shopping and was pleasantly surprised at what they had to offer. Everything is tastefully designed and interesting to look at. Because of the wide variety of styles they carry and the quality of furniture pieces they have, I ended up walking out with a amazing dining table that both fit my budget and my apartment. The store manager Sean is a absolute pleasure to talk to and extremely experienced in both the products he carries and how it would fit into your home. Would definitely start dropping by on a regular basis when I'm in the area.
Fantastic customer service in dealing with some issues we had with the initial item, went over and above to make sure we got the perfect table in the end. Merilee and Courtney were both incredibly helpful and the guys that came to deliver and install our table on more than one occasion! were very knowledgable, punctual and professional.
Richmond showroom is huge with many decor and art items to suit almost any style. Furniture leans towards rustic chic. Mona helped us on 2 separate visits and she is always warm and helpful! Will visit again.
In the past we had purchased a Handstone Verona dining room set with matching side sideboard beautifully made and we just received our matching Handstone bedside tables and living room side table. We couldn’t be happier. Great quality and fantastic service - thank you again Sean!
