I received good care here the first time I visited back in Sept. 2017. Prompt and professional. This is now my clinic. Karla McCall is a caring individual who is thorough and efficient.

I actually like this clinic..I also like my primary physician who is only there on Mondays. However, I decided to schedule an appointment with a different physician since mine was unavailable... what a big mistake! The doctor I saw (Dr. Elizabeth Frost) did not bother to check my medical profile (said so herself)!! Things were already order for a procedure that I did not need at all!!!! She assumed things base on my age (her words not mine) and what not. TRULY upsetting. Anyways later on through my visit we kept going back and forth on what needed to be done. I no longer felt comfortable and politely told her I was just going to come back and see my primary physician. Overall I truly like this clinic and regret not waiting to see my primary physician.

This is the worst clinic I have ever been to. My overall experience was awful! Just making the appointment took about 40 mins. They are clearly incompetent at one of the most basic jobs ever. When I arrived to the clinic I ended up waiting in the room for another 45 mins, by this time, myself and my child were getting impatient. Once the Doctor arrived, she wasn't able to help me with the medication I needed and I had to make another appointment for the following day. I went back to the clinic the next day and spoke with another Doctor for about 10 minutes and left. A couple weeks later I received a crazy medical bill and I had HCMC look into and to get back with me. A month past and I didn't hear anything, I ended up calling them and they did not change the billing amount. Customer Service could not explain the insanely high bill either. Overall I will never walk into this clinic again. Target clinic is WAY better and reasonable.

Got the best care for my children, Dr. John Anderson took lots of time to understand our needs and gave us the best care. Nurse who assisted us was very professional and friendly. I would recommend you to try this clinic at Richfield location.
