Horrible experience. Went in because I'm pregnant and woke up with chills/headache and not feeling the best.  They got me in right away which was nice.  They made me pee in a cup that just sat in my room then eventually was thrown away.  Saw that my blood pressure was low, but tech didn't relay that to doctor.  They also tried to give me fluids which I ended up refusing because the tech couldn't get the needle in either vein on both hands.  Only checked baby with dobbler even after I explained I have been diagnosed with low placenta a few weeks ago.  Not once did a doctor step in the room.  No diagnosis given.  I will never return to this clinic again.

Only writing this review because I have the time to since I've been in the waiting room for 20 minutes past the time my appointment was scheduled for. Dr Palace and Dr Orandi are spectacular but without fail every appointment I schedule runs extremely late, which would be okay if you have the day off or don't have something to get to but for most people that isn't the case. Regardless if it's just a quick prescription refill or a small check up, you're bound to be here for at least an hour, if not longer. I love the doctors but am considering changing locations simply because of the disorganization here.

Went in for urgent care with a teen. Situation presented as possibly critical so they rushed us into triage. Based on initial assessment with PA they were not certain if we would be sent to ER or not. So, they made sure we knew we had a choice and could avoid any charges from the clinic by going to the ER. We stayed. They did a great job of diagnostics and had an excellent bedside manner. They were happy to answer our questions, but I would have liked more detailed communication when were done regarding implementation of the diagnosis and appropriate follow up.

This is not my real name as I'm sure their will be some backlash on the people who do use their name and still need medical help from this facility.
I've been coming here since I was a kid.  In fact, my mother used to be one of their x-ray techs for many years.  The quality of care has gone downhill so rapidly in the last year and a half that it makes me wonder what on earth happened???
It's like they will see you and try to shove you off to the next doctor so they aren't responsible for you, your care, or prescriptions.
When I was in with an extremely, and I mean extremely, painful ovarian cyst that ruptured and they left me sitting in the waiting area crying in pain.  I asked reception a couple times for a doctor or nurse as the pain was almost enough to melt my brain.  I was given the "I'm calling your BS" look more than once and was told to sit and wait. 
Even after my scans showed the fluid and abnormalities of a cyst rupturing, they still wouldn't give me anything for the pain.  Is this coming out of your child's college fund??  Wth?  The Urgent Care doctor even drew me a picture with a pen and paper (I'm not kidding!!!) of a vagina and asked me to point to what hurt.  😳 I should have walked out right then and there.
The doctor I saw for over 10 years is now gone.  He was amazing!  Then I saw a PA for a few months who mysteriously quit and I was never notified.  Any good doctor in their right mind has left. 
Getting a refill for a medication I've been on for the last 12 years should not be an issue.  Yet, it is at AVMC.  
Unless it's life or death, I'd go somewhere else.  I know what good medical care looks like and this is not it.

I've been a patient to Dr. Pallas there all my life. Once he retires I'll be looking for a new primary doctor as far away from this place as possible. Example of why: I needed an emergency refill on an inhaler for asthma and they couldn't follow through until 24 hours later. I ended up suffering all night and the next day until I called for a second time with a third trip to the pharmacy.
