We bought our 2nd home in Canmore and Richard demonstrated all of these qualities from start to finish. Both my husband and I felt comfortable and confident in calling Richard to ask questions and brainstorm. His personal website updates are invaluable. Amazing , thats what I have to say! Within a day we made an offer and within that week listed and sold . The process was flawless Richard and Karen rocked it out of the park. People said that we should sell on our should sell on our own. Crazy when you can let these Real Estate pro's do it right. Experience from buying our last property and doing it ourselves told us that its not worth the hassle and time plus all the rules that come into play , legality etc. Richard and Karen work as a team and take care of everyone of their clients best interests. I do not hesitate to recommend them to everyone buying or selling. THANK YOU!

This is the second time I've worked with Richard. He is quick to respond and very patient with my many questions. Richard is both knowledgeable and friendly and he really takes his time to explain each detail of the transaction.
