Thank god we met Devin. My wife and I are not from Canmore and we didn't know the market. Devin, fortunately, not only is a realtor but also has past business experience and is a wonder with how to make the deal work with your best interest as a priority. What we most appreciated is how much time he would take to make sure we were comfortable and fully understood what was going on. Devin also made himself very accessible to us and responded to all our questions in a timely manner (and we had a lot of them!). After the service he gave us, we thought the world needed to know that he's the guy to go to.

My wife and I had a great experience working with Devin. We came down to Canmore and he showed us 5 or 6 places that fit our profile. From this we know where we wanted to buy and what we were prepared to pay. We finally found a property we like and with Devin's help negotiated a price that we felt was appropriate.
