I am a person that likes to find the great little hole in the wall places and The Rice Bowl is one of those places.
Do not judge a book by it's cover, the food is good Canadiana Chinese and its plentiful at very reasonable price point.
My favorite on the Mountain Road hole in the wall strip.

Not a good restaurant to eat from. The portions are large but everything tastes very greasy and there is mold on the walls of the kitchen. This place needs a health inspector because the food is very questionable and although i didn't get sick from eating it, i feared it would happen after seeing the environment it was prepared in.
