Rhino Lounge Bakery and Coffee Shoppe

Probably some of the best pastries I've had in London! Great service, nice location and environment. Fare prices. Will definitely be returning.

Those doughnuts were worth the cold weather walk. Luckily I got the last 2. I liked the root beer one more than the chocolate, and that's saying something. The she's was actually less overwhelming. Really good.

Went there a few days ago, my boyfriend was ordering and the two women who were working there gave excellent customer service, we were going to dine in but I got a call for an interview and end up having to go, they were quick to switch out the coffee from a mug and wished me good luck. I gotta say the vegan doughnut was phenomenal! The texture of it was so bouncy and chewy, the raspberry frostening was soooooo yummy. Overall it was a quick but fantastic experience.

Michele Lenhardt, Pastry Chef, is the most inspiring and positive person I know! I am grateful I had the pleasure to work with her for a few years. Her baking skills are unreal and her vegan baking/cooking talents are the best I’ve ever had. She is what makes the Rhino lounge so amazing and work as a team. The cronuts are to die for!!! Soo yummy and wonderful!!

I have been here a few times because it is very close to my work and they advertise vegan options. Food is edible but not that good - sausage rolls were very dry, their calzones are very bready and barely have any sauce inside. Staff is pretty careless and very slow. I ordered a slice of cake when I bought my meal and the staff member forgot about it and sold the entire cake as in, in a cake box to another customer. Then, when I reminded him he asked the customer if he could cut a slice out of it for me... I stopped him and asked for something else instead. I have noticed oversights like this many times, even when there are only one or two other customers in the space. Given all of this and their recent social media attack on a customer/customer base I would not go again, and will advise my friends to avoid it as well.

Amazing place, food is outstanding and the staff is kind and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend. You can tell staff care about the food they cook and the people they serve because they always try to ensure you are taken care of.

They make great steamers and their pastry is light and flaky.... It's a great place to sit and read and wonder around the art gallery when one needs a break ...there's no other place like this in London, Ontario

Wanted to love it. My partner and I went twice because it looked nice and we were downtown for the night. Unfortunately the food was subpar and the staff is unkind. I will say it's a nice establishment, and I hope it gets better but for now it is not worth another visit.

Great selection of food, the staff were very knowledgeable about their products and the prices were reasonable. I also loved the décor and atmosphere! The food was delicious, very happy about stopping in to try Rhino Lounge!
