The front desk staff are extremely rude and need an attitude check. They seriously need some training on how to appropriate speak to clients. Especially considering that this is a doctors office, clients are often needing empathy and support — Not attitude. The doctors, however, are good.

Just read some of the reviews. I have never had any person on the front desk be rude to me. All the nurses are great. My Dr. Jeff came from a family of great doctors and He is the best. He is always there for you.

Their reception staff provide the absolute worst customer service that I have ever received from any service or business. I have had the same doctor for 20 years whom I love, but it is always a huge pain to schedule an appointment as I am forced to talk to their reception staff. The people who answer the phones are extremely rude, inconsiderate and lack complete empathy for patients. They are sarcastic and just laugh in your face. Where is the compassion?

Dr Caplan is the best doctor in the world. I don’t know what I would do without having him as my family doctor. There’s nobody in the entire world that I trust more than Dr.Caplan. I have been seeing him for the past 22 years and have absolutely no problems at all. I now bring my kids too.

This clinic has very good doctors and nurses. However the front staff are rude and extremely unorganized. My appointment was canceled and I wasn’t notified by anyone in the office and somehow they made it seem like it was my fault that I didn’t know. The only reason I continue going is because they now have an online booking system so I rarely have to speak to the front staff but when I do there is always some issue.

I have never been more disrespected by a doctor. She is extremely careless and rude. I have come in with broken bones that are at the stage of healing, she saw me two days of the incident..at this point, I was two weeks into my healing and had questions. Her response was well you can take pain meds but you did broke bones ofc there will be pain or if you get double vision.. go to emergency. When I asked her about pain and what is and is not normal. I was looking for assurance that I was doing proper self-care. She really showed me how selfish people can be. I was scared, I needed to hear that I was gonna be okay. Not for her to dismiss me I can honestly say I would never recommend anyone to her. Dr. Joyce Cheung.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Ashley since I was a kid and if I had a choice I would never switch. His patient list is now full but I hear only good things about the other physician’s that work there as well. Everyone is saying the admin isn’t that great but they’re honestly so busy trying to manage appointments and patients they can only do their best with what they’ve got. Sure, customer service can always improve but their workload is quite heavy so try and be understanding when dealing with them/booking appointments. This is also why they’ve implemented the health portal so more can be done online rather than via phone call.

I am a patient of doctor Caplan for 25 years now. My 3 children grow up going to visit him since they were children. Best doctor I have ever had. The staffs are the best. Very friendly and professional. I now moved but can't find another doctor to replace Dr Caplan so I will still travel 90 minutes for my visits

The doctors are great but the admin staff are absolutely horrendous. Every time I go there I re-evaluate whether staying with my current doctor is worth dealing with the rude and inept office staff. There have been times where I've sat in the office for an hour waiting for my doctor only to be told the receptionist didn't note that I was there and instead had put me down as a no-show. They don't answer any calls during their lunch hour which is fine but there is more than one admin staff, I'm sure its possible to stagger the lunches so there is always someone covering the phones.
