A I Kravetz Optomology

I'm giving this office 1 star because the option of 0 is not available. I was referred by the hospital because I had an eye injury. They accommodated me the same day which I am grateful for. I'm not complaining about the 6 hours I spent in the office and having to smell the optometrist lunch on his breath. I am complaining however about my 2 follow up appointments there after. My time was reserved and I literally waited 4 hours to see the optometrist. My other follow up was reserved for 8:30am. There was a line up when I got there and the door was closed. Minutes to 9 they opened the door. There were 9 people not including myself that had appointments for 8:30. No respect for others time. It's unfortunate I can't even switch optometrist because everyone keeps referring back to the one I saw for my injury to follow up. I hope they really get their act together.

This place don't deserve a star both times iv came iv have to wait more then 4 hours iv been here since 20 after 4 Cuz my appointment was at 4:30pm and it's 6:46 and I'm still waiting to talk to the doctors just to find out about results last month my appointment was for 11:00am and I did leave here till 5pm if you can don't come here try to find someone else....what's the point of having an appointment when you don't get to see the doctor till 4 hours after smfh

The wait times are unbelievable 2-4 hours my appointment was for 9:00 AM. They open at 9:00 am the waiting room was packed by 9:10 no seats available. I was done a little over 1:00 pm for a simple blurred vision eye check. Took 5 mins with the nurse an almost 15 min with the doctor .Its like they make everyones appointment for the same time , my second time being here , rooms are dirty walls are dirty, carpet doesnt even look vacummed .
