The pharmacy is absolutely terrible. I believe in second chances. I really do. This is the closest and most convenient place for me to get prescriptions, but as of today I'm going to switch.. Without exaggeration they have now over 10 times have not had my order ready. When I call hours or even days ahead and am told it will be ready I expect it to be. However after all these disappointments they have lost my business permanently. As well it's been a constant that when I go in it happens to others as well. I won't say they are not apologetic, they are. Yet again unfortunately even when people are nice about a mistake it no longer matters when the mistake is the new norm. I truly hope that the problems that exist within the pharmacy do get solved. I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone who wants their prescriptions on time. It's disheartening that I felt compelled to write this. But complaints to staff have gone unheard. The time for their excuses are up and have been for quite some time. Rectify the issues within your business please. You are in direct relation to peoples health.

With the loss of their wonderful pharmacist Lou, the replacement(s) have been terrible. The staff regularly lie to all their clients - they promise to have prescriptions refilled for you by calling ahead in advance but that is absolutely NOT the case. Even long-standing prescriptions are not being refilled until you actually go to the store and demand them in person - and then wait is 30 to 45 minutes if you are very lucky and no one else is waiting ahead of you. This is their standing policy to "prevent fraud". I have NEVER seen this business practice at any other pharmacy - ever. The female pharmacist is particularly unwilling to help and has poor customer service skills, spending more time complaining about her clients and complaining about the complaints she constantly receives. Highly recommend switching to Carriage Crossing pharmacy located near RIM park. For other non-pharmacy needs, this Rexall location is fine for the occasional item.

Shopped here for many years. There was a recent problem of some sort (the nature of which seemed very hush hush) I experienced some problems with my prescriptions at that time but nothing before or since. In general the staff are very friendly and helpful. Most of the pharmacists are great and go out of their way to try to help...but not all of them. In general I would give them a very high rating.... they have always tried to be helpful and the store staff though limited( it is a small drug store) are very pleasant and helpful.

This pharmacy is useless. It used to be good about 5 years ago with prompt helpful staff. Now the pharmacists are lazy, rude, and incompetent. The often lie to patients saying doctors didn't fax prescriptions when it was them who forgot to request it or don't have medication in stock. Switching pharmacies.

worst service ever. all they ever did was cause troubles & stress when I needed refills on my prescriptions. you're better off to go with shoppers drug mart
