Perri & Palmacci Hair Company

I was a first time client at Perri & Palmacci recently, the staff was very inviting and kind to my toddler who was at my appointment. The ambiance was nice as well. My stylist (Joey) was very knowledgeable and answers questions regarding my appointment and hair, she made me feel so very comfortable and she was professional. I will definitely return to have my hair done here again! Thanks so much!

The salon is clean and modern. The owners and front staff are dolls and knowledgeable. However, my experience as a walk in with Joseph was not good. I should have spoken up more at the time, but was late for an event and hoped it would be better when I dried it myself. It is now a week later and I am pissed. Forget that he didn't greet me properly or offer me a beverage like the other patrons, or even that he had a tired sour puss on his face the whole time, I came for a service not a friend. I asked for my hair to be trimmed straight across, and if he saw any dead ends to clean it up a little. Under no circumstance did I want layers and I said that. I am now stuck with a hair cut that is longer in the front and missing sections in the back and a few short layers throughout the top. If I were to even it out now on the bottom, my hair would be too short. I am so pissed. Also, I asked for some sort of product and or flat ironing to keep the blow out I purchased and he insisted I didn't need it. I sweat it out on my short but hot walk home and look unkempt in all the photos from the evening. I never write reviews, but I get upset again every morning in the mirror.

I have followed Stefano from salon to salon to salon over the years (because he's worth following), so great to see him and Frank open their own salon! Stefano has a real talent for styling curly hair. He has styled mine glossy straight to brilliant blonde. He has shaped it with layers and once gave me a cute sculpted bob. There have been so many looks over the years - and it's amazing every time. Thanks Stefano and team!

Love this salon! Stefano is the best I highly recommend it. Their Aveda tea is a bonus too! Delicious

Frank has been cutting my hair for 20+ years. He's the best in the City - and a really great guy. I recommend him highly.
