The pharmacy staff is great and very helpful all the time. They try their best to accommodate you the best way they can. The store front staff member Simrat is always so welcoming and warm. No matter you buy anything from the store or no. You make an eye contact with him or no, he never misses to greet you entering or exiting the store. He always has a smile on his face and welcomes everyone in the store. This quality of customer service is hard to find these days.
This is a wonderful pharmacy. The pharmacy staff are very knowledgeable and willing to spend the time with customers so that they better understand their prescribed medication or over-the-counter medication.
The pharmacy and post office are good but most of the cashiers have terrible customer service. They are unprofessional and act like they would rather be anywhere else. One time we purchased 2 bottles of vitamin D softgels. We opened one, it smelled rancid had gone bad! So we opened the other just to check, and it had gone rancid as well. We returned it, saying they have gone bad, and the cashier got mad that we opened both because now they couldn't put it back on the shelves to sell it anymore. Clearly they had gone bad so they shouldn't be selling it regardless, but they were saying they would've sold it even if they had suspicion that it had gone bad.
The pharmacy here is terrible. They're never willing to rush a prescription when the customer really needs it, always a wait. Don't bother submitting a prescription online - they'll just say they didn't receive it. Absolutely horrible customer service & prices in the store are over inflated.
Nice Pharmacy for the Ocean Park neighborhood. Small but a busy place. This Rexall is a compounding pharmacy with a chemist. The Canada Post, at the back of the store has the same hours as the main store.
