Yeah Caitlin is back. I was so happy to hear of Caitlin’s return from maternity leave. She continues to provide an excellent massage and knows how to pinpoint those areas where I need the most attention. She is very knowledgeable and professional. Caitlin provides me with the appropriate prevention stretches so that I can follow up with specific exercises after my massage. I also appreciate the flexible hours she works so that I can fit an appointment into my schedule.

I have always been extremely impressed with the care and attention I receive at Restorative Sport Therapy. Staying fit is important to me and being sidelined due to injury isn't an option. Gina and Caitlin use their expertise to get me back on course and injury free so I can achieve the goals I set up for myself. I highly recommend Restorative Sports Therapy.

My experience with Restorative Sports Therapy is nothing short of life changing. I have experienced results from working with Gina that I have not found anywhere else, as she has the ability to source out the root cause of the issue instead of simply treating the symptoms. I am lucky enough to be able to attend her sought after Yoga classes as well and genuinely find myself looking forward to Tuesdays and Thursdays. Starting those days off right gets me through the week.

Gina does an excellent job in keeping me playing the sports I love! From “golfer’s elbow” to “hockey hips,” she is always able to help work out the sore spots and give me exercises to ensure they don’t come back. Her IMS treatments bring long term relief to inflammation caused from the wear and tear we subject ourselves to!

Truly amazing! Gina really takes the time to listen. I am not a big fan of needles but IMS treatment was recommended. Gina was so patient with me and took it slow. She communicated with me the whole time and the experience was fabulous. I left feeling like I finally found a physiotherapist who really listened. She is extremely knowledgeable and her treatments combined with mobility exercises she prescribed were the perfect combination to get me back on track. Highly recommend!
