I've been to Okotoks Physical Therapy for a couple ailments including lower back and plantar fasciitis. He tries different treatments and works with you to determine which ones are most effective. The recommended 'take-home' exercises help speed up recovery. A lot of people expect that the healing/recovery takes place during the appointment and don't listen when they're given exercises to do at home. it's not a spa it's physio, right? I've been guilty of not doing exercises and the recovery takes longer. I've since smartened up and do the work at home with better overall results. Before you blame your therapist first ask yourself if you've done everything they've prescribed for you? If you're not going to do your part in the recovery process then there isn't much else your therapist can do for you. Just sayin'...

I did not feel that Neil had any interest in my recovery. I went 5 times was connected to a traction machine for 15 min. No discussion of pain levels or progress. After 5 visits I was told there is nothing else he could do for me. I really feel ripped off for $275.00 which I cannot afford. NOT IMPRESSED.

I went there for eight months after my knee surgery, and they helped me heal and get my mobility back in a courteous environment.

Been treated by Neil for work injuries and he has help me so much. Highly recommend him he is amazing !

Neil has helped me with my planters fasciitis, knee pain and back pain. It was nice to get back up and moving quickly. I highly recommend going to see Neil.
