I bought a cloud couch 36" depth for seating, 7 ft long, seriously the most comfortable low maintenance beautiful white couch ever!!! The washing of the slipcovers is so easy to take off and reassemble its truly amazing and again low maintenance. I will recommend this couch to all.
I was here today because I wanted to buy this cloud sofa. It's super soft and very spacious, it was perfect for my movie room. But literally I was ignored the entire time from the entry and it made me really upset. So, I walked out and will never come back or buy from this brand.
Very large store on Granville that sells high quality furniture for home. Many of the products are displayed in the showroom. Staff were very friendly. The only drawback is that it’s very pricey. Designs With A California Point Of View. Colourful, Iconic & Unique Designs.
Please learn from our mistake! Don’t waste your $12000 on a leather ‘cloud’ sofa. What we tried in store is not the same as we now have. It is the most uncomfortable couch we have ever had and we are so disappointed. The seat part is thin with no proper support. In addition the leather marks so easily. By comparison our natuzzi arm chairs just keep getting more comfortable with age. Ouch.
Gabriella Wiebe has helped me purchase the correct décor for styling my new place, she led me onto a coastal beach theme, and I am just so happy to have her advice. The items do take a long time to get made but when they arrive it is worth the wait. All the furniture and items are their own statement piece.
Spent over $3000 on new linens in colors of Fog and Sand that have discolored including pillow shams that do not get used as they are only for decorative purposes. This has not happened to any other fabric in our home so it is not something that we are wearing, doing or using. RH has refused to refund or return the linens so I am now forced to sue RH. The exact same thing happened to our RH towels. Junk at a very expensive price.
There moving service is horrible they left all the garbage outside the elevator because they were “running late” isn’t that ridicules. Let alone the furniture was a month late. This cause of action lead to a $200 fine by the apartment building. If you want the job half done by all means support the business. They really need the money they keep contacting us for a tip even when the job isn’t done when I heard that I dyed of laughter.
We placed three orders with Karim for our new home, with all the furniture and decors. Karim is very professional and patient. When you purchasing all the pieces require so much details and on-going pieces. Karim spend total around 25 hours for us and even when we are not sure about the Elevator' dimensions, Karim stopped by and measured it for us. The store consultant is not a easy job, but Karim doing everything so well and helped us reduce the pressure during all the process. The only thing I'm not quite happy is the delivery system. The delivery system is not working so well especially during pandemic. They delivery everything separately which require you so much time always need to stay at home when you need it. It actually so much pain when you have a full time job. We have totally 38 pieces, and RH delivered more than 12 times in order to fully delivery everything to younot include the FedEx Boxes. But in generally, RH is still one of my fav furniture brand in Vancouver if you love their style. Also, if you need to get designer décor pieces, I fully recommend you can check it out at AMARA.com. We could not be happier with the service and furniture we received from RH. While the process was not without hiccups and did require some patience, it exceeded our expectations in the end. I would like to give an extra shout out to Travis and Roz who completed impeccable design work and facilitated a full service interior design plan, delivery, layout, and assembly of our entire house of furniture. I cannot imagine what we would have done without them. The flat rate delivery fee is the best value in the marketplace and the white glove service provided is outstanding. Although the prices are in US dollars, as others have mentioned, and seem high the overall price for quality and style of furniture is reasonable compared to alternatives in the marketplace. I have gone back to this RH for follow-up items and have continued to receive good service.
Despite all the bad reviews, we decided to give RH a try because of their amazing product design and selections. We signed up for their membership which is less than $150 a year, you get their member price on all products, receive additional discounts on sale items, and unlimited support from their interior design team. They came to our home to take measurements and to feel the space in person, answered our million of questions related or unrelated to their furniture pieces, and made great furniture suggestions according to our needs and the space. RH also provides unlimited shipping, free staging, installation and assembly services upon negotiations or when you have met the minimum. It's such a thoughtful service! We highly recommend their designer Pegah. She's so knowledgeable, has amazing taste and is extremely patient. She sat down with us for hours multiple days in a row until we are 100% happy and confident with our order. We can't wait for everything to arrive. Thank you Pegah and Team RH for making the whole process so easy breezy!
