As a long time customer of the Brick I usually check out or purchase furniture items I am interested in here. The store is located at the south end of Granville street. It is clean and well appointed with many different furniture options on two floors. Upon entering the store is welcoming and designed to give you an open concept feel. The staff is always welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. The store manager Ahmed has always been helpful and I have dealt with him for several years now. Always welcoming and accommodating he makes sure I find exactly what I am looking for. It is not often you find customer service of this nature nowadays as most interactions are geared towards “getting the sale”. Ahmed provides his insight and helps to select what is most suitable when necessary. I did purchase a couch and a mattress from here on my last visit. The delivery process was extremely smooth and the delivery service was great as well. Ahmed also reached out to me afterwards to ensure I was satisfied with my purchases which was a nice touch and definitely a reason for me to come back again. I definitely recommend visiting this location if you’re in the market for furniture!
We went to The Brick in Granville to choose our sofa last October. I have to say that Navah, the assistant store manager, was so helpful for our purchase. Navah was so lovely to provide us all assistance, including helping us choose the perfect size and great material of sofa to fit our needs, as well as multiple phone calls and emails back-and forth to confirm the measurements to ensure that the sofa would fit into the elevator and arrive to our unit. Even through there were some issues with the 1st delivery, Navah was so dedicated to make this work! We are very satisfied with the service Navah/The Brick provided and we will definitely go to this The Brink location in Granville again for our future furniture needs.
The help that we received when shopping for furniture was excellent. My husband and I were looking for a few different things and were shown many different options that could work with our space. We never felt pressured to make a decision to purchase something on the spot. We always come to the Granville Brick first to look for what we need as the selection is great and the service and sales associates are so helpful and friendly. Thank you!
I have recently move into Canada and had a tough time in finding the bare minimum furniture so that my family can move into our unfurnished apartment when they arrive next week. My friend suggested The Brick in Granville and I went in there to see what they have. The assistant store manager Maryam understood my needs and guided me well. She was very patient and answered all my questions to the best of my satisfaction. I spent close to 5 hours yes that's right in that shop and she was helping me out all this time and I left very satisfied with all my purchases. I will certainly go there for my future needs and highly recommend this place .
We have come to this the brick for several times, choosing furniture for our new home. Navah is an amazing assistance sales manager who provides professional suggestion on assembly, delivery, and furniture recommendation! With a tool kit she recommended, our first assembly worked smoothly. We really enjoy shopping with her.
Navah was amazing to deal with. I called in to check on stock and some details about a product. Not only did she find the information, but she checked other sites to find a certain product specification. Above and beyond what she needed to and then she placed the order over the phone while doing the research. Navah was super helpful and also explained when the order was going to be ready and what to expect next. Highly recommended and clearly someone who focuses on her customers.
We went there last week, wondering to have something for our living room. Veronica helped us a lot and gave us some good suggestions. She is the best employee. Thank you Veronica, will see you soon for some more furniture…..!!
Went in to look for a sofa bed and Maryam was very helpful and was able to show me all my options and also go into detail about each of its warranties as well as the expected delivery dates. Great customer service, with knowledge staff!

Maryam provided helpful and informed service, without any pressure, which made buying a Queen mattress set a very pleasant experience. In addition, the Black Friday sale made the pricing attractive.
