At first impressions we were not appreciative, it looked a bit rusty, old...but that's part of the charm. Food was above and beyond. Service was efficient and generous.
Very good restaurant if you are looking for a good selection of meat. Steak and lamb were excellent and the entrees were also very good. Staff very friendly and helpful and spoke English.
Great choice...we were looking for a French restaurant to dinner and we found this brasserie. With a good atmosphere...quite but not to death the food is very good and there’s a nice wine selection. We order the duck sandwich, the pasta with beef stew and the entrecôte...everything was delicious! I’ll be back!
We went to Paris for our Honeymoon, and I had to find somewhere to experience Absinthe. After a quick google search, we walked over to L’Absinthe to try their selection. After being handed a 5-6 page menu of nothing but Absinthe, I asked the waiter for help. He was very friendly and helpful, and guided us on our first Absinthe tasting. We also got an appetizer with eggplant and goat cheese that was amazing, and came back a couple days later and ordered duck. They’re a little pricey, but it was a great experience! We thought it was an awesome stop, and if we’re ever back, I’m sure will be sitting at one of their tables outside sipping on some Absinthe.
Maybe the best kept secret in Paris. But it seems many people already know. For real absinthe lovers! Wonderful staff, amazing food, and perfect atmosphere.
Delicious French cuisine. They do 2- and 3- course deals. I can recommend the roasted frogs legs!
This was pure serendipity…a lucky recommendation that led to one of my favorite meals in Paris. The food is amazing the atmosphere is warm and you will not be disappointed!

We were apprehensive at first, however, the ‘ratings’ were spot-on! Loved the flavours from the start to the end!
We were in the area and it was lunchtime so we did a quick search on French retaurants on Google Maps and looked for French restaurants with recent high ratings. So glad we did! We enjoyed our meal. We had our dietary requirements so ordered Vegetarian and fish dishes. The food and the service did not disappoint! Highly recommended!
