My wife's boyfriend LOVES this place! The ultimate group of SJWs! They promote free speech and freedom of expression in this beautiful safe space, so long as your opinion is not contrary to theirs! They also let me wear my hair however I want. Oh they don't? Well at least they love everyone, so long as you're not a straight white male. Which makes sense, because those people are evil anyway, right? By the way, what happens when you alienate your customer base? Oh, it's a non-profit? Oh then who cares! Long live socialism!

Oh I just ADORE places that make ridiculous declarations about things they clearly know very little about. They're all about freedom of speech and expression.....but ONLY if it aligns with their own personal agenda. It's a shame really. They have the right to do whatever they want but at the very least, they should be honest and open about the fact that what they're really seeking out is like minded people to come participate in their little echo chamber instead of pretending to be a place where everyone can exchange ideas and express themselves. What's fun about exchanging ideas and opinions with people who think the exact same way as you? Seems like it would get boring pretty quick....

Other than being completely lackluster in terms of food, they also love to discriminate people. Funny how they blocked the white guy with dreadlocks for "cultural appropriation"... I'm not going to get into the detail of dreadlock history among white people, but just know that this is the obnoxious "SJW" behavior that gives us people who actually fight for equality a bad name. I call upon you all to boycott this horrible place.

Don't believe everything from the news. The whole stuff went viral just because the original person who made the facebook post shared their thoughts without knowing it would go that far. I think it's unfair to badly give a review for a place just from we have "read". It's okay to disagree with some ideas they have but at least give them a chance by visiting them and have the experience from your own eyes.

Many people used dredlocks before they went black. The celts the greeks, and the Mideastern tribes too. I would like to see him go portland bakery on you and sue. That moment when all the labelers decide that they’ve labeled too many people people that swore they never wanted to be labeled in the first place and subsequently these people have become so labely from all the different labels that they can’t figure out how to label their labels into sublabels so everyone can be included without being labeled as racist while wearing the hairdo of their choice. Sad...

Very accomadating, as we landed late and were in search of dinner. Very friendly and welcoming especially since I do not speak French. Lovely little find with a very friendly staff.

The manager literally headbutted me 2 times on the face for a drink I paid... bcuz he thought we didn't pay and drunk. Dont go there....

Regardless of their views and discriminatory behaviour, the food and drinks were overpriced and pretty bad. I don’t suspect this place will stay in business much longer

The only comedy happening here is the managers banning people based on the color of their skin, which is really not funny. Shameful, you do not represent Canada.
