Restaurant Tacos La Mexi-Cana inc.

The (very) good: Really good and authentic mexican food. Service (at the counter) is friendly. The owner is happy to explain the various menu items. Nice choice of condiments and sauces. This is a unique and welcome offering in Rimouski. But... the place has harsh lighting (bright fluorescent tubes) and very little "atmosphere". You just eat and want to leave. It's almost as if the tables and booths were an afterthough to a take-out restaurant. There is no table service, much like a cafeteria. The bad: Prices... It's all rather expensive. Two simple meals with fries and pops will cost you around $45 with taxes and tips. Probably not sustainable in Rimouski's current restaurant environment.

J'ai été très agréablement surpris par l'authenticité des saveurs présentes dans les mets que j'ai dégustés à La Mexi-Cana. Le service est extrêmement convivial et le sourire fait clairement partie des recettes! Je vous le recommande!

Vraiment déçu !! Si ça c'est de la vraie cuisine mexicaine j'aime autant mieux continuer à manger du El paso. Portion minuscule pour le prix et le goût est complètement fade. Moi et ma blonde n'avons même pas mangé le tiers de notre assiette et sommes aller ailleurs. Désolé mais ce restaurant va fermé prochainement.
