Nous faisons entres autres : empanada, ceviche, sope, pozole, taco (al pastor, birria), enchiladas ( rojas, verde, molo) albondigas, caldo tlalpeño, soupe azteca, salade de cactus, salade repas, gateaux tres leches, flan, crepas de cajeta ( caramel mexicain), vin mexicain bieres en fut et bouteille.
