Creperie A La Gourmandise Brtn

My $28.37 gigantic crepe. It's lots of fun to watch them make it, staff is really great!!! Can't make reservations unless you are a group of 10 or more. Quite a popular place. The crepe batter is the same whether the crepe is savoury or sweet... In my opinion, the batter is a bit too sweet for a savoury crepe. The crepe presentation on plate could use improvement, which is why one of my guest folded and rolled it to look nicer and more restaurant worthy. The veggie content was good and generous. But too expensive for a rather ok crepe. This is my second time here and with the price hike since last time, I am sad to say that I do not think I will be coming again. Great great staff though!!!

Creperie Bretonne is a fantastic spot with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The friendly staff enhance the experience, making it even more enjoyable. I highly recommend trying both savory and sweet crepes; I opted for the pepperoni and vegetarian sans choux followed by the caramel and banana with ice cream. It was exceptional—definitely the best crepe I've ever had!

This was my first time here. To be honest, my husband was the one who wanted to eat here more than I. It's offers Fondue, salads, soups and of course crêpes. Even before you walk in, it smells wonderful. It looks nice from the outside. The inside could use some change. As I looked at the menu, I saw they offered vegetable soup. We both ordered a bowl of vegetable soup. It was absolutely delicious. I don't remember when was the last time I ate soup that tasted so good. And I am quite a good cook. Then I ordered a Caesar salad, and my husband had a Coquille St-Jacques. My salad was also very, even though the presentation was not that great. As to my husband's meal, he wasn't really satisfied with the flavor and texture. I don't like seafood or fish, so I couldn't really tell if he was right. His comment was that it wasn't creamy enough, and it lacked flavor. The service was nice and it was somewhat busy.

My husband and I have been coming here for many years, with our young children, and now they’re coming here with their children.nWe are here most weekends on our way to our country home.nWe love the food, the ambiance , but especially the warm, wonderful service we’ve been accustomed to receiving from Martine and Federico.nThey certainly enhance the overall experience.

Great place for lunch. Desserts are fantastic.
