Sooo impressed!!!! All of the flavours and textures were excellent and my favourite dish was the ceviche, so delicious! It was so inspiring to meet the owners as well, a lovely young couple that run the entire show themselves I would definitely return, thanks for a great night!

dinner was good. Byow. unfortunately the portions were small and the prices above normal. the restaurant is in Villeray, not a posh district though.

Dinner: tasty well-executed starters. However pricing one scallop at 20-22$ / mains at 45-48$ is far too expensive for the neighbourhood/ venue/ salle/ service etc. I understand sourcing from local vendors can be more costly, but perhaps some creativity with less expensive base products might be considered to find a balance between materials vs mark up. Also at that price point, I shouldn’t be asked to keep my cutlery for the next service and when it is cleared after the main, have the cutlery taken before the plate, potentially dripping sauce on the table, me etc. I would recommend too rethinking the wine buckets as they play on the theme “les mômes” too much. Multicoloured sand buckets are mismatched with those prices. It’s too bad because I’m excited when a new restaurant opens that is near my house but it will be very quite difficult for me to return or recommend this restaurant based on the prices.

Such a special little restaurant! Had the steak and gnocchi and it was outstanding! Highly recommend!

If there’s anything en croute on the menu , get it. Excellent food. We’ll done.

I was not sure how a couple can run an entire restaurant alone on Valentine’s but they sure as heck did. Lovely experience with the wife. Food was amazing and the fixed courses were well thought out for the evening. I wasn’t sure how you could really improve upon spaghetti and meatballs but it was the best we’ve ever tasted. The homemade pasta was just fantastic. We have a trip planned to Italy in August and this pasta will be our baseline to compare! We were able to bring our own wine which we really appreciated. Restaurant and washrooms were clean and tidy. Service was expected to be a bit slow with so many tables for one person but it never felt like a bother. She was attentive and spaced out our courses appropriately giving us time to talk and enjoy each other. Well done Les Momes, 5 stars from us!
