Restaurant Lafleur

I was there yesterday i came in ask for a number 4 and change the fries for a poutine cost me 19.83$ and before I Pay she ask me how much tip you want to leave im like i don’t understand and she told me again im like umm ok put 2$ you don’t ask for tip I’m not eating in a restaurant and getting served so im like maybe she’s going to do that the customers from the drive-through nop 2 cars and she didn’t say nothing about can i have a tip Really bad experience i don’t know if it’s because im black ?

Nice staff and fast service, delicious Poutine

Got "Michigan" hot dogs chili, cheese with fries. Bland food. It served its purpose, but that's about it.

Not bad for a quick bite. Fries were interesting, but not as good as other reviews put it up to be. I had the smoked meat burger which had just the meat, some mustard and two buns. My friend had a Texan grilled chicken burger which was good he said. Helpful staff. No other patrons on this Saturday evening.

Best place in this small town to grab a quick bite. The menu consists of all kinds of awsome artery clogging fast food... but your not going here to eat a salad! Service is always friendly and usually quick if they are not overwhelmed. Hot dogs and poutine!

La Fleur has been my childhood restaurant. So I'll always have a special place in my heart for it. But I got to say, this one in particular is losing its touch. A few years back, I'd give it a 5/5. But I've recently came by again, and most of the staff, if not all, is now different. The place LOOKS clean, but it smells a little funky, as if the mop water or washcloth hasn't been changed in a while. Also, a good portion of my fries were not thoroughly cooked, but it was a takeout and I didn't feel like going all the way back there to complain. Because La Fleur makes my favourite poutine, I'll leave a 3. But I could've put a 2. Maybe try another La Fleur restaurant... although I'd maybe give it another chance. Because it was so amazing here before...I'll leave another review the next time I drop by...

So freaking angry... Ordered 2 number 8s & 2 number 4s... All with poutine... Come time to grab my food and she had the 2 number 8s.. And 2 number 5s... Now mistakes happen & I understand that... But to be berated in French over and over as she thought I do not understand any at all was a bit much. Swearing about me & constantly repeating he said number 5 not number 4. I hope someone takes note... I didn't have to bring my family there... It was a choice. Being talked about like that thinking in ignorant only shows her ignorance. I'll never return.

Growing up in Montreal, I lived off their fries...Speedy service, great taste, and good pricing...I now live in Ontariosadly, no fries come close to LaFleurs, but I do return a few times a year to savor them.

Reduced staff means longer wait times, but still great service and tasty food
