So here we go again ..I'm giving this place two stars was almost a 3 star but only gave two cus the place was very dirty!! Tables all dirty floor too and when. I asked to clean it she did fast job with a brown paper and I mean fast job table and chairs were still dirty she only did like half table too ...and we are in this pandemic..and the place was like this...plus for the price ya pay should get fast good service..cost us 135$ and like I see in the comments yes us too were missing things good thing my gf knows what the Sushi s look like not all but some so maybe we were missing more and don't know it...anyways and the bubble tea s were not cold and like only one had ice in it. Plus gave that to us at end . To bad.. but in all the sushi was very good and nice .
Again, waiting time like they go and catch the fish and plants the rice and waiting to grow. It not ok to wait 30 minutes for a sushi. In my opinion
Ordered takeout, sushi tasted great. Order was ready right on time, did not wait at all. Good customer service. Quick in and out, no complaints.
It’s a shame because I love sushi shop. But the location in valleyfield has got to be the worst one. Extremely unorganized. I always place my order well in advance, 5-6 hours in advance. Yet every time we go to pick it up, they haven’t even begun making it. I order around 1 pm for a 6:30 pm pickup. We go to pickup at 6:30, we only get ahold of someone at 6:48, and only then do they start making the order. That doesn’t make sense! The place is filled with people waiting over an hour. Why continue to accept orders if they don’t have the capacity to fulfil them? Extremely disappointed that I allowed myself to give them yet another chance.
Worst Sushi shop I ever went to. I took a raw salmon poke bowl and my boyfriend had a chicken bowl. WE BOTH HAD FOOD POISONING. I don't know who neglected to take the safety measures but it was obviously ignored. Do not eat here unless you want to get sick.
Seriously annoyed customer. Ordered sushi online at 2pm to be picked up at 5pm. A $130 order. They had 3 hours to make it. Showed up at 5 pm on the dot. Waited in line 15 minutes only to be told it isn't ready. And had to wait an additional 20 minutes just to get my order. Very unhappy customer. Not a great way to keep a first time customer. I won't be coming back.
Same experience as a lot of other people, we made an online order, took a very long time, with no confirmation just for us to guess when it would be ready. We arrived there and they "lost" or order. They passed several people in line ignoring us, to finally tell us it was ready. Very disorganized
Bad experiences, not recommended at all. Went Saturday noon to have my favorite plate poke tuna, bad service the cashier even don't want to serve or do anything. Wasn't busy as well, moreover, was really bad food quality. I always buy poke tuna from sushi shop, but did not recommend this place.
I was missing parts of my order and the sushi I did receive was falling apart. When I called to explain the situation, they were beyond rude and condescending. I spent almost 100$ on sushis, the least they could do is speak to the customer with a little bit of respect. I will not be going back. Horrible customer service, worst I've ever seen and based on the other reviews, I'm not the only one who thinks so.
Huge selection of items, reasonably priced and tasty. They are generous with the size of the pieces. Lots of great combos to chose from. Have never been to the restaurant, have ordered several times takeout and have always enjoyed it.
