My gf and I really enjoyed the food during the week of Mtl à table. The decorations are very original. However we find our waiter need more trainings. We were utterly insulted/offended when he asked if we paid as we were leaving. Context: we paid in the front as he didn't come with the machine and honestly if he stopped there, we would have considered as an honest mistake but as his colleague said yes they paid, he then replied what, it's a good question to ask... Night would have been perfect if it wasn't for this incident
Cozy, original and a great experience. Took my 9yo kid and we both enjoyed our meal. My recommendation; order multiple side dishes rather than a main course meal so you can taste various things, the cuisine is exquisitely french.
Amazing place, food and service. Love the experience and the authentic atmosphereFood: 5/5
The place used to be a sewing shop and they kept the theme, which was nice. The decor is pushing the boundaries as it should and I love it. The food is good, although, a bit on the smaller portions. The service is friendly and quick. The fact that it's a Bring Your Own Wine is a plus. If you want to have a taste of local produce, it's a place to try.
This is an awesome little local restaurant where the chef wears underwear on his head. Just one of the quirky, funny and eclectic things I love about this restaurant. If you bring a button or any small object we brought two Scrabble tiles and some good quality glue you can glue it to the button wall. This place is beyond LGBT friendly. Before COVID-19 there was a private room available for an intimate tête-à-tête. They are presently accepting take-out orders. The food is good. Not great but very good and ordering food there would help keep a little, friendly and fun restaurant afloat during these hard times. We've eaten there 3 times - order a dirty martini. The burgers were delicious as was the fish. Some of the entrêes were exotic and unusual. The wait staff is super friendly and your food requests are respected. During non-COVID-19 season make a reservation. Well worth it!
I had a wonderful dinner here on a Wednesday evening. The terrace is beautiful, with many, carefully tended plants. The service was charming and efficient. Everything we ate was delicious - the food is not overly fancy but made with much care using local ingredients.
Amazing night! Service: impeccable! Food: delicious! The octopus was incredible! Their new scallops & blueberry dish = so flavourful! Cozy and spacious terrace. Definitely coming back. And BYOW… what can you ask for more? They even said if you bring your own rhum, they can create cocktails for you. I mean… wow!
Charming restaurant, with a unique atmosphere. Healthy menu options and very friendly stuff.
Great appetizers and mains, but the desserts are a little weak.
This restaurant has a really interesting atmosphere. The restaurant was a men's clothing store for years prior, so it reflects it by using socks as utensil holders. Personally, I thought the quantity was somewhat small. This might just be me, as I am from the United States where everything is big. The food was very flavorful. The staff is very nice. I don't know French, so one of the waiters tried his best and translated the entire menu into English for us.
