Restaurant Behesht

Everything was great! The ambiance is pretty cool makes you feel you’re in Iran. The food is delicious, fresh and super tasty. Such a caring, nice and friendly waitress, she made sure we order what we wanted and even brought us a free appetizer for waiting a bit longer because the restaurant was busy. The portion size is super generous and it includes a very delicious soup or salad on the main dish. The homemade yogurt drink and marinated olives are super tasty. I totally recommend this place!

A hidden gem for Persian cuisine in Montreal. We were pleasantly surprised when we went there, excellent food with an even better service from the team. The restaurant’s interiors were well done with calm Persian music playing in the background. The atmosphere was just right. Highly recommended!

Warm, cozy, and Persian atmosphere. The food was definitely authentic and absolutely delicious! It was even served in real traditional Persian dishes. My Persian family and I were thoroughly impressed and excited to have a new spot to visit when in town. We have tried so many different Persian restaurants and none were quite as good as this one, especially in Montreal!

To be honest, I wasn't sure at first. The location is a little out of my way and I almost missed it driving by. However, the food and service makes it all worth it. The decoration is really cool. They do have the traditional Persian plates such as Sultani and some other kinds like chicken legs and grilled meats. The price is way better than other Persia places. During rush hours, lots of orders are picked up by dash and uber people which slows the service a little. The tea after the meal is a great touch. Will definitely try other plates soon.

I’ve been there one time along my friends. We had a reservation and I am happy that we did that before because all the tables were occupied. So if you wanna go there on the weekend probably better to reserve in advance. We ordered different grills including Barg, Sultani Barg, Sultani Shish Kebab, and Koobideh which all of em were superb. We also tried MirzaGhasemi and Kashk Bademjan, both of em were delicious too. I’ve been to different Persian restaurants here in Montréal but to be honest, this restaurant and their kebabs were fantastic. I also had their kebabs through Uber and they were the same as the restaurant, well-grilled and delicious. If you want to have Persian Kebab, I would recommend this place.

Great food, good service, what else do you want from a restaurant. Owner is super nice and welcoming so is the, staff. Good place for a family outing specially if you like Iranian and middle eastern food.

A beautiful ambiance and decor. I ordered the Barg filet mignon which has an appetizer of soup or salad. I ordered the soup which was a deal style soup which was delicious. My food arrived the meat was tender and juicy, the rice fluffy and the portions were very generous. I loved this restaurant as parking was easy and a nice restaurant for that area. Will have to go back and try other dishes.

We had a lovely lunch in our recent trip to Montreal at Behesht restaurant. Food was amazing and super delicious! Staff was very warm and welcoming and especially Shiva was a great host! I absolutely recommend dining at this wonderful place when you have chance!

Very delicious. I had zereshk polo ba morgh barberry rice with chicken, mirza Ghassemi eggplant, tomato and rice stew and kashke bademjan eggplant stew, all very delicious.

Good food, high quality meat, great portions and nice vibe! We ordered zeytoon parvardeh, Kashkbademjoon and Chelo Koobideh. All the main dishes come with a choice of a salad or soup on the side. The rice had a nice taste of butter and the kebab was juicy. Very friendly staff although it took them a while to come and take our orders and I guess that was because they were understaffed. Overall, highly recommended!
