This place is suffering from lack of good management and lack of communication on social media about the events being canceled, food quality and pricing, ambient and attention to deetails and staffing need a huge improvement! Normally there's a lot of people working there but the service is slacking. I've never been in a restaurant with so many people working & the service is still a struggle.nThe food menu is handwritten and photocopied, stuff attitude is great but it seems that there is zero training for hospitality. Honestly if you don't care about this place let somebody else run it and run it better!nnI may change this review if I see improvement.
We waited for over an hour to take our orders and another 40 minutes for it arrive. The menus had hand written edits on them. The glasses were stained and dirty. Some items on the menu they didn’t even carry! We didn’t even meet the server we were supposed to have. The music was deafingly loud. If I could give this restaurant a zero I would. Needless to say we will not be coming back here.
Haven't been to this restaurant in years so decided to try it again since we were in the area. The only good thing about this experience was the view of the marina. Service was slow to even get the menu. The only employee we saw there seemed to be half asleep. The price of everything was outrageous $17 for a poutine so needless to say we walked out and won't be going back.
Didn't see a server or get a menu after sitting down for 10 minutes. There were maybe 5 other tables sat at the time and three staff visibly just standing behind the bar chatting as we left. Staff didn't even notice we were leaving when we got up.nEditing to add that we also had to seat ourselves, clean off our own table, and there were many other tables that hadn't been cleaned either. How does this business actually survive?
This was a terrible experience. We were a larger group, the orders were mostly wrong, food was awful and a lot of us were forgotten and had to ask multiple times for our food. The service was beyond bad. We had to constantly go find a server and ask multiple times for food or drinks. The restrooms were disgusting, the restaurant was dirty… I would never go back or recommend this place. One of the worst in the area.
