A swastika-shaped prison made to accomodate students.

The lack of soundproofing between the walls means you can hear the neighbor snoring right next door, and the sound echoes throughout the entire room.nnDespite the open window, there's no ventilation, no draft, no air conditioning, not even a fan... it easily gets over 28°C 82°F.nnThe combined toilet and shower are extremely disgusting... moldy and filthy. Shared with all sorts of strangers... which means the toilet seat is often soiled with urine.nnAnd the Wi-Fi is very weak in the rooms.nnIn short, I wouldn't recommend this experience to anyone.

A decent experience at the Cégep de Rimouski residences. The location is convenient for students, especially given its proximity to classes and services, which really makes daily life easier.nnThe rooms are functional and adequately meet basic needs, but comfort and soundproofing could be improved. The common areas are useful but can sometimes be a bit noisy depending on the time of day.nnOverall, it's a suitable option for student housing, particularly due to its location, but there are some aspects that could be improved in terms of comfort.

The person who gave us the tour was friendly a member of the building maintenance team. The buildings seemed clean.nThere's a gym for students and a room with a few computers. The kitchen area on the ground floor is large.nThe rooms in the renovated section appear clean.

As a parent, I've visited several times and I think it's good. Of course, we don't use the kitchens in the basement; the kids who use them don't leave them clean, so we make do in the bedroom with a microwave, a small oven, and a toaster.
