Honestly speaking Report Fitness is one of the best Gyms in Montreal. Each Class is about 30 mins everyday with different WOD workout of the day, high Intensity, and good schedule during the day from morning till evening. I used to do CrossFit, then I moved on and I'm so happy by Report. Friendly, knowledgeable, and super nice coaches. highly recommended.
This is the best gym I've gone to in a long time. I had not been working out consistently after gyms closed in 2020, but the month I have already spent at Report has gotten me back on track. I absolutely love the workouts and how good I feel after doing them. I can always fit a 30 minute workout into my day. <3
Love Report fitness! Very effective workouts within 30 mins that will make you sweat. I’ve personally been seeing results by going to these classes. All the coaches are super friendly, motivational and helpful! The classes change everyday so you are always challenged with something new! :
I really love to go to my class at 7 in the morning! Great mood! Coach are super nice and very good teachers. Always smiling :D! Now, I feel my positions for exercises are way better and I also see the results on my body. It's a recommandation 100%!
This is the best gym I’ve been to so far. I don’t like public gym since they are always smelly and overcrowded, not the case with Report. Classes are limited registration, and the coaches are very supportive! so far I’ve taken classes with Sheila, Jason, Alessia, Jennifer and Max. Everyone else in the class is amazing too! I love how efficient HIIT workout is. It covers both strength and cardio exercises, and can be easily adjusted to your level. You can also stay after class to practice whatever you want! Look forward to every single class with Report Fitness! little suggestion: if it’s possible to change the skipping ropes in Union, especially the red ones which lost their outside wrappings and became twisted.
Have been going here from almost 2 years on and off. Very nice coaches with neat and clean workout place. Best for people who want fast results and are lazy like me to spend more than 40 mins in a gym.
The best place to get a good body shape Report fitness is an amazing experience, trainers are really nice and motivating. Joined as a beginner and can see the results in 2 weeks . The atmosphere is great doesn’t feel a stress at all and the music always adds an extra push to continue : Having said that , the 30 mins HIIT workout is an intense one , the feeling after finishing the session is WOW Thanks so much for all trainers and Special thanks to Jennifer and Simon They’re amazing
Joining report fitness was the best decision.Every trainer is so motivating and encouraging .Every day there is different workout which makes exprience more interesting .Trainers really focus on getting it right for everyone in class . Experience is really fun and results are shown quickly .My strength has improved a lot from before .highly recommend report to everyone who is looking for a some workouts .
This gym and the coaches has literally changed my life! I went from hating working out and feeling uncomfortable in a gym setting where everyone seemed to fly by me, to LOVING it. The atmosphere at Report is relaxed, fun and encouraging. I quickly felt like I was part of a little community yo, #reportfitfam!. People from all fitness levels work together and ecourage each other. The results are amazing! I see a lot of diversity at Report and it makes me feel happy. Try it for yourself and I guarantee you will be hooked. Thanks Report, and a special thank you to Jenn, Alessia, Jason and Sheila for motivating me!
It was my first experience with HIIT, I am new in town and I wanted to try this! If it hadn’t been for the support and help of the teachers, it would have been impossible for me. I loved the efficiency of the work out, you really train hard in half an hour and you work with all your muscles . Lovely place, tidy, clean and well located, perfect for me!
