YMCA Du Grand Montreal

Pre-pandemic, they had lots of different classes offered. Usually very crowded but it was a time when it was more fun because it was crowded, as long as it wasn't over crowded.

This downtown YMCA is nicely located and close to the train, and other public transport. The weight room itself is bigger than other YMCAs. It’s awesome if you love to lift heavy/power lift since it has a lot of deadlift platforms and squat racks!

I did the French course there which is great. The gym is okay, good but nothing extraordinary. The French course was q bit expensive when compared to other courses in the city.
