Seen them Over charge Clients for unnecessary work. Rather than Using Alldata or shop key when unsure, saw Ted try to modify a tensioner amd belt routine for over a hour and even argue with the routine because he couldnt figure it out. Client was charges for waisted time. Be careful with this shop they Lie through there teath especially Ted.

Overcharged for tire change again. 80$ to change tires then 12$ and 24$ surcharge for cleaning and nitrogen. Two things i never asked for.

Very expensive tire change. 150$. Where as it is normally 80$ with rims. They lost a client.
