Had a strange experience as a first-time customer. I called on a Friday to check if they had received my prescription from my nephrologist and if they could deliver it earlier than the planned Tuesday. The woman checked and told me they would deliver on Saturday between 1-6pm and even confirmed my address with me. I waited all day on Saturday but there was no delivery attempt. I had to wait until Tuesday after a long weekend Monday to call in. They had difficulty locating my profile and no record of my Friday phone call. Almost made me wonder if my Friday phone call was a hallucination. Thankfully I received my meds Tuesday afternoon - and the delivery guy was great! But the oddness of my Friday phone call and consequential 3-day delay in my meds left a poor impression.

This is a great Pharmacy. My father is kidney patient and we are using McDonald’s Pharmacy for more than 3 years and we are really happy. Great team, great people, the old lady manager is a charm to talk to. All the staff members are really nice. The biggest advantage we have is their staff person who can speak Hindi/Punjabi, it makes my life so easier that my father can order his medication by himself. And my father always walks in before calling and this person gets him out of the place in minutes. Thank you so much. Keep it up guys

Since early 2017, I have been in the great care of Macdonalds Renal Pharmacy and especially by one of their pharmacist, Ms. J. who is beyond amazing. I have never used or visited a specialized pharmacy like this one, so I didn't know what to expect. Yet, after the first interaction with Ms. J whom I still haven't met her in person even after so long over the phone , I realize how lucky I am to be referred to this pharmacy. Not only is Ms. J very lovely and knowledgeable, she goes beyond and above to try to accommodate my needs. Also, if you have any questions about any of the medications you're taking, she will explain with patience and make sure you understand. I have called a few times when it seemed very busy at the pharmacy, and I had to leave my name for Ms. J to call back in order to arrange a delivery. There was not a time when she didn't return my calls in the same day, nor was there a time where I didn't get my medication on time. In short, I am very happy with the service and help this wonderful pharmacy has given me. If Google allows its users to rate more stars than just five, I would totally give this pharmacy 10 stars. =

Both my parents are kidney patient and we have been using Macdonalds renal pharmacy over 5 years. Most of the time I deal with Danka and she is just amazing lady. All the staff members are amazing at this location.

I was at dialysis and my credit card had a problem. This company said we need a new form of payment right now or you are not getting your meds. I am in a chair with someone stabbing a needle into me. This company then said " can you take them tomorrow?". My order had insulin in it you think i can wait. I have been a customer of the place for long time and you treat me. Like i going to owe you. Not to mention one of they deliveries because he couldnt find us. Throw into my backyard. I open my porch window to find it. Great customer service full marks

Waiting almost 1 month for delivery. When I called they said they left 2 messages on my cell. They called my old cell number even though they had my new number as well. To make it worse, my old cell number is out of service so they did not and could not have left a message

Kudos to all the staff here. Amongst the best customer service I have ever received. And I have been using them for several years for delivery of meds.
