Reliance Home Comfort

My experience with Reliance was good. The repair man arrived exactly when I was told he would so there was no undue time restraints on me. He made sure I understood what the problem was before he left. I was treated in a very kind and polite manner that really impressed me. I will never hesitate to contact Reliance Home Comfort for anything that needs to be done to my heating/cooling/plumbing issues. Judi Morton

Marcel (the service technician) was very respectful and explained everything to me as he went along. Also it was less than 24 hours from the time I called to have hot water tank checked to when he was walking out my door and it was fixed. Also he was very efficient, was here less than an hour and came first thing in the morning so we didn’t have to wait all day. I would highly recommend reliance.

I am a first time home owner and I wanted to explore options for a possible system upgrade. Naturally I went on Facebook and asked local friends if they had any good recommendations on a company or person that could help me. Right away I received several recommendations to contact Michelle Bosch. What a great decision it was. Michelle was able to work around my crazy work schedule and meet with me on a Sunday when most places are closed for business. Michelle was very professional, knowledgeable, and down to earth. Aside from giving me a quote for a rental system she also informed me of Reliance's new home water filtration option which I am going to look into. Overall a great first impression and experience with Reliance and Michelle Bosch. Would highly recommend her expertise and enthusiasm to friends and family alike!

Their service is just fine but it's not the right business model for me. I would rather own and maintain my equipment to control the monthly expenses and seek out higher efficiency. They're an affordable option if you don't have the cash flow to buy equipment.

I was Referred to Michelle Bosch from a friend. I contacted her to come out and provide me with a quote on my dinosaur beast of a furnace. I will only rent the options were incredible! I will refer her to everyone I know she definitely knows her stuff! I have always rented my water heater with Reliance and have always had amazing service! Great job guys!
