They came right away and worked their butt off until the problem was solved. Friendly and hard working. I recommend them to everyone.

TERRIBLE experience! Rushed the job! They told us they would prepare the walls behind our surround... they didn't. They told us they would take away the old tub... they didn't. Didn't even bring caulking to the job! Told us to do it ourselves! Seems to be a big miscommunication between workers. Didnt even fix our leak! Told us they had a look and it was fine... When I called back to get them to return because it was still leaking the woman on the phone was very rude.... very disappointing to spend my hard-earned money on such awful service... not to take away the fact they've worked hard however they worked about a nine hour shift without taking a break.... no lunch no bathroom breaks no nothing... they just seemed very frustrated at the end of the day... poorly treated workers usually don't deliver the best.

I want to thank the people at Custom Plumbing for all that they did for us when we had the heavy rain on Thursday, June 16, 2016. Our sump pump quit and because we live in a townhouse, I had to call the woman who is in charge of the corporation. All I got from her was for me to call Custom Plumbing to set up an appointment. We couldn't stop the water filling up and so we had to keep draining the water manually. Setting up an appointment, I thought, could mean a wait but for how long. I called Custom Plumbing and I still cannot get over how helpful and considerate the staff was. The lady who answered the phone was so helpful and assured me that they would have someone out soon. When the men came to check our sump pump, they were respectful and courteous. They took off their boots at the door, carried them downstairs, checked the sump pump and told us it needed to be replaced. A few minutes later, everything was done. I just want to thank everyone at Custom Plumbing who took care of this matter so quickly and for being so courteous and helpful. It's reassuring to know that companies like this still exist. Thank you so much. Judy

Called them twice over a two year period , the person that answered was very rude both times and showed attitude like I was doing them a favor by calling them thank you but we don't need your business basically. Both times I called to make an appointment but had to cancel because of my companies scheduling changes, when I called them back to schedule another appointment she told me, because I canceled the first appointment were not going to service you. So I called another plumbing company.
