I arrived at this store yesterday to pick up a parcel from Purolater! ... the store hours on the door say 11:00 am! Nobody was there, and I watched several others try to open the door too! Once she finally arrived, she started yelling and one customer and throwing parcels! I have never met such a RUDE business owner! I’m hoping I NEVER have to go into this store EVER again! ... AND I will definitely NOT be supporting “Giddy Up Western Wear” EVER!

I was there today to pick up a parcel that Purolator decided not to home deliver but take the easy way out and just drop off. Conny the Lady there today the owner was very friendly and helpful trying to find the item and even with chatting after.

Hours opens at 11! Part time business. Owner doesnt seem interested in Purolator business and doesnt know what pkgs she has or hasnt. As a horse tack business, I seen better. As a Purolator depot, I will NEVER do business with Purolator again

Much like all the other reviews online, this place is a joke. I came to pick up a parcel last week and the lady working the front desk was exceptionally rude. Beyond that I had also inquired about a product and her response was "the prices are clearly marked and what you see is in front of you" just the rudest person I've encountered in customer service. If I could leave a review less than one star I would
