First, the online system is bad, I tried to gain access to online by trying to change my password, never works. I never get a response. I did notify Reitmans my change of address. No response. How many times do I have to create an account? Second, shopping in the store, two clerks were gossiping about a customer, who happen to be in the store at that time. UPDATE: I was sent a password with no option to Rest Password. So the company has my password and credit card information, I don't think so!?
Friendly staff always find what I need.
Such nice staff. Always smiling under the mask and willing to help you find just the right item of clothing.
Great store - sad about the north side closure - would like to see a store on the west side - love the clothes - great variety and great promotions!
One of my favorite stores, lots to choose from and a wide variety of sizes.
