One of staffs in this store is so rude to customers.
If you ordered online, and then you want to return, refund or exchange at this store, you are not welcome here.
My first online order was made through the website in July 2017.
However, I had a problem with the sizes, because I did not know what sizes are suitable to me. Therefore, I ordered the wrong sizes. I came to this store/Sunridge mall to return and exchange. But, I was really disappointed and frustrated when I came there at around 8:25PM on Wed/ July 12,17.
The store opens until 9PM on weekdays. I came there around 8:25- 8:30PM. When I said that I want to return and exchange, a staff / a young lady, she said that she does not know how to do for return or exchange for online orders. Then, she asked another staff/ a middle-age woman came to talk to me.
First, this woman said that they do not accept any return, refund or exchange for the online orders, she asked me to return by mail. She repeated many times that I must return by mail. I did not agree with her. I said that Reitmans' return policy states very clearly that I can return, refund or exchange in stores within 30 days with my original receipt.
Second, she asked me to come back tomorrow morning because the system was closed and she could not help me at that time. I told her that :" the store opens until 9 PM, why can not you help me at 8:30PM ".
And then, when I told her that I will find and buy somethings in her store now, she agreed to return, but with the rude behavior and attitude, she told me that : "I WILL DO FOR YOU THIS TIME ONLY, NEXT TIME IF YOU ORDER ONLINE, YOU MUST RETURN BY MAIL. THIS TIME IS THE FIRST TIME AND ALSO THE LAST TIME I DO FOR YOU HERE".
Next step, when she took my receipt she did not see it carefully, she just glanced the receipt, and with the unfriendly & loud voice, she told me that the order was over a month. I asked her to take a look carefully. I just ordered it only a week and received it yesterday.
And then, when she scanned one of items, she found out one (only one) of label/price ticket was torn. She said she does not accept to return for that item, but she repeated 3 times with the loud voice. I did not mind if she can not return it, but I was so frustrated because the way she told me. It seemed she wants to let other people/customers know that I am a bad person, I try to return a worn item.
In short, If Reitmans stores do not accept any return, refund or exchange for online orders, Reitmans must state this information clearly on the website. Otherwise, stores must follow the policy. This is the first time I bought Reitmans' clothes online, I love these clothes, but I was really disappointed with the way Reitmans' staff in this store behaved to me. She (the middle age women) was so rude to me.

I have never had such a rude experience somewhere in my life! I went there looking for a dress for my friend. She is a medium/size 4. I'm am a plus sized gal. I know this, I also know I'm not a medium. I'm okay with that. I'm not okay with going in someplace and getting completely ignored even when I said "excuse me" to try and get someone's attention. I finally got someone to answer me so I could ask hour long they put things on hold for, the lady said 24 hours. Sure. Went up to the till to put 3 dresses on hold. The two ladies said that they will only hold it until close tonight! When I said that the other lady said for 24 hours, the older one rolled her eyes and paused before telling me "fine but for ONLY 24 hours, so this time tomorrow." Then she asked what size it was and looked at me. Then told me that if a customer asked for a medium and that's the only one they have there taking it off hold. Like what is the point of putting it on hold!!?? I also used to work at additional elle, so I know you can hold it for 48 hours, and sometimes we make exceptions for people. But really?! I have never had someone talk so rudely to me like that in my life. I work in retail too, and even when there's a customer you don't like, suck it up and deal with it. This is your job!!!
