Was kind of bummed out because I thought I had a coupon for Wednesday 2 for 1 deal. Didn't read further to realize I was not an elite member so I had to wait uuntil today for the deal. I left all my shopping and am only considering going back today for the deal today. Not sure its worth the gas

I went in last weekend for the third time looking for a jacket that was advertised as available in store on their website. I had called ahead and was told it was in stock. I went in to see the jacket and it took almost 20 minutes and three sales staff to inform me, that it was in the back and had never been put out on the floor. When I asked the manager why I was informed she had no idea. As I was leaving the store the manager smiled and said it was sure unfortunate that I had to come in three times to finally see the jacket. No apology or understanding as to why I was frustrated. How can anyone be that dense?
